Michael B. Feiler

Michael B. Feiler received his B.S. in 1987 from Florida State University and his J.D. with Honors in 1992 from the University of Florida, where he was chosen Outstanding Graduating Senior and elected to the Order of Barristers.

Mr. Feiler is admitted to the Florida Bar; the United States District Courts in the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Eleventh Circuits.

He a past Chair of the Florida Bar’s Eleventh Circuit Grievance Committee H; has served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Justice Association; is a past President of the Miami-Dade Justice Association; and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. 

Mr. Feiler has served as a YLD Governor and national committee chair for the American Association of Justice. Mr. Feiler also serves on the Leadership Council for the College of Arts and Sciences at Florida State University, serves on the national Board of Directors of Seminole Boosters, Inc.; and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.   Feiler was recently named as one of Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite for 2009.

Mr. Feiler has tried cases to juries in state and federal courts throughout Florida. He also frequently lectures on police liability, attorney client privilege issues, and ethics. Mr. Feiler has also been featured in numerous news articles and television appearances, and has appeared as a guest on the Catherine Crier Show on Court TV.

Martin E. Leach

Martin E. Leach received his B.A. in 1991 and his J.D. with honors in 1994 from the University of Florida, where he was the Senior Research Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy.

Mr. Leach has extensive trial and appellate experience, and heads the firm’s appellate practice. Leach is admitted to the Florida Bar; all Florida federal courts; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Mr. Leach has served as appellate counsel in several cases that are benchmark cases in Florida law.  Leach has appeared before the Florida Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

He is past president of the Coral Gables Bar Association and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Leach also serves on the Alumni Council for the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
